Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #152056 in Los Angeles, California

Offering virtual therapy in California for young adults, college students, and teens struggling with anxiety, life transitions, depression, and relationship difficulties.

I believe that change begins with the courage to see yourself fully. We live in a world that sends constant messages about who we should be, how we should look, and what our lives should look like — shaped by gender, culture, family, and the broader social forces around us. Real self-acceptance means taking all of that into account, questioning what you've internalized, and deciding what's actually yours. I work with brave women and gender-expansive individuals who are ready to examine and deconstruct those messages — and radically accept who they are. I offer individual therapy for young adults, college students, and teenagers who are curious to do that work.
