Hi, I’m Julia

I believe the most meaningful change happens when you actually understand yourself— not just your symptoms, but the patterns underneath them.

That’s the work I’m interested in. Not fixing you, but making sense of your experiences and creating space for something to shift. I bring a warm, collaborative approach and show up as a real person. Sessions are guided by what you need— some days that might mean going deeper, other days might feel lighter. We move at a pace that feels right for you, balancing support with gentle challenge in a way that feels sustainable.

My work is grounded in understanding how patterns develop over time. I’m especially interested in how early relationships, internalized expectations, and societal pressures— like who you feel you “should” be— shape the way you relate to yourself and others. Together, we make sense of those patterns so you can begin to move through the world with more clarity and self-acceptance.

I received my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. Outside of work I'm usually on a long neighborhood walk with my rescue dog Louie, thrifting for knick-knacks at a flea market, struggling through a pilates class, or re-watching Sex and the City. I'm a third-generation Angeleno with a deep love for this city— PCH drives, historic Spanish architecture, and endless sunshine.

Based in Los Angeles, I offer sessions virtually throughout California and accept Aetna insurance
